What is Mexico Timeshare Rental Networks (MTRN)?
Mexico Timeshare Rental Networks (MTRN) is a database of timeshare weeks in resort properties around Mexico listed by owners. MTRN brings owners and renters together. The owner makes all the arrangements with the renter.

How does MTRN work?
Simple! Each timeshare owner lists his or her property under the resort where they own their week. Then they will list the dates of the week they own. Each listing shows several photos of the resort, rental rates, and contact information and property amenities. To search for a timeshare property you need to be on the homepage, and then simply click on the area where you want to vacation and then click on the city and then on the resort you want. A list of resorts in that city will be displayed. Then click on the listing you would like to view and all the information about the listing will be displayed. You can also do an advanced search by preferences. This is located on the homepage on the right hand side. You can e-mail the owner by clicking on e-mail owner. Some owners have listed their phone numbers and you can call them directly.

What does MTRN Cost?
MTRN is $19.99 US dollars per year. Each additional listing is $9.99 US dollars per year.

Do I need a Credit Card to sign up?

Are there any set up fees?
No, there are no set up fees. You pay only for the listing which is $19.99 per year, and $9.99 for each additional listing.

How quickly does my listing appear on the site?
When you have finished signing up, submitted your listing along with the photos (optional) and made payment, your listing will be displayed immediately!

How do I manage my timeshare listing?
To manage your timeshare listing, first log in to the control panel by entering your username (email address you used when signing up) and password in the upper right-hand corner of the home page.
Once your control panel is displayed, you can add a new timeshare, view timeshares already entered into the system, edit listing characteristics, edit photos, view hits, view inquiries, view questbook comments, and view/make payments.

How many photos is each listing allowed?
Each listing is allowed 4 personal photos. There are already up to 8 photos available per resort.

How can I accept credit cards?
There are many companies that you can use to accept credit cards. Pay Pal is one company.

Do I need a rental agreement with a renter?
You should have a rental agreement that includes a cancellation policy. We cannot recommend one to you, but you can find them at any office supply store or online.

Should I hold a reservation for a renter?
That would be your decision. Sometimes it is necessary to hold a reservation for a client for 24 hours or more so a potential renter can book plane tickets and take care of any other arrangements.

How do I respond to a potential renter?
The faster you are at responding to a potential renter the better. If they have sent a phone number it is best to call them. Thank them for the inquiry. Answer all their questions. Give any additional information that may help.

I am already on several other websites should I be listed on other sites?
The more sites that you are on the better your chances of getting more rentals. Not one website can reach all potential customers. Every site has different ways of marketing and therefore reaching different potential renters everyday. We feel the more you advertise on the Internet the more rentals you will receive.

What if I lose my login information?
Go to the home page and click on "forget your password?" located on the top right section of the page. Enter your email - either your primary email or your secondary one - and the username/password pair will be emailed to you within seconds.
