What is Mexico Timeshare Rental Networks?

Mexico Timeshare Rental Networks (MTRN) is a database of timeshare weeks in resort properties around Mexico listed by owners. MTRN brings owners and renters together. The owner makes all the arrangements with the renter.

How does MTRN work?

Simple! Each owner has a listing that describes his or her property. Each listing shows several photos of the property, rental rates, contact information and property amenities. To search for a timeshare, you simply click on the area you want to vacation in on our home page and then click on the city. A list of available resorts in that city will display. Choose the resort that best fits your needs, then review the timeshare listings below the resort information. Click on a listing to view additional information specific to that owner's timeshare, and view contact information to get in touch with the owner and make arrangements for rental. Some owners have listed their phone numbers and you can call them directly.

Do I need to join MTRN to rent or view properties?

No, MTRN is absolutely free! Potential Renters View Free! There are no sign-up fees to view and inquire about timeshare properties. You contact the owners directly by e-mail or by phone and make all arrangements directly with the owner/manager.

Does MTRN verify the property or information?

MTRN strongly suggests that before paying any money, you should have a telephone conversation with the owner. You should ask the owner for a rental agreement and contract. Have a list of questions for the owner that you need to have answered and ask for anything in writing that you think is necessary. Get all contact information. Ask the owner for references from previous renters.

MTRN accepts no responsibility for claims made by property owners in regards to their property listing.

How do I find a timeshare property?

To view a property go the homepage and click on the area on the map that you are interested in. A list of cities will be shown -- then click on the city. A list of resorts will display. Click on the resort you wish to view. It will display the weeks that are available. You can also use the advanced search on the home page on the upper right-hand side to view properties that fit your needs. Simply check the criteria that you need and properties with the criteria you choose will be displayed. Click on the thumbnails to view larger images. Once you have the property number you can view it at another time by typing it into the advanced search on the home page.

How do I contact an owner to inquire about a timeshare listing?

To contact an owner for information, availability, or to reserve the property, simply click on the "e-mail owner" button. Some owners have their phone number listed. Or if you would like to send inquiries to multiple owners, click "save listing" for each property that interests you. When you are finished browsing properties, click on "Saved Listings" in the top right corner of the screen. All the properties you saved will be listed and you will have the option to contact the owner of each property, entering your contact information only once.
